Before you reach out for hedge fund startup capital you need to learn the basics of what is expected to be in place within a professional and respected hedge fund business. You need to learn about the industry norms, trends, terms, and how investors see hedge fund startups. If you do not you will fail, you will not know what to focus your energy on and you will not build the right type of team or investment processes that will attract hedge fund seed capital to start your hedge fund.
